How to buy door and windows? Sent your inquire door size & quantity, tell your near port or address details, we'l make quotation for allin priceand will
arrangement all the process for you.For project or buyers wish to have customized designs, project AutoCAD drawings are needed.
2. What's your customized service?
For real estate, hotel, hospital, school, villas & some buyers need design service, we'll provide product CAD designs. lf needed, we can dispatch installation enaineers for site seryice.
3. Do you have MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Yes, for doors, we have MOQ from 7 sets, this is because it is also the shipping company freight minimumcharge, they charge from 1m³ for delivery, and it equal around 6 sets of doors.
4. What's the delivery time?
(1) Sample Lead time: 7-12 working days after confirming the sample order details (not include the paint or deepcustomize products);
(2) Bulk order lead time:
<1> 13-16 days for paint free door series and hardware sets.
<2> 28-36 daysfor paint doors, solid wood doors, aluminum door & windows or deep customize products.
5. How to make sure the door quality, do you with inspection?
We very care our door & window quality inspection, and totally we with 3 ways to inspection:
(1) Our Quality Controller (Qc) will follow all key process, we will also take picture + video to share with you, before delivery you can see all details;
(2) lf you with an office or agent in China, they are welcome to our company forinspection, to make sure all things follow invoice;
(3) Choose CClC or BV famous Third Party inspection forinspection (they charge cost around $100-$150 per time), will with their fully inspection report for our products.
6.How to guarantee goods safety during transportation?
We quarantee the safe transportation of products from 3 aspects:
(1) Pay high attention packing materialsand details, all shape places will protected by extra plastic and hard cartons,any fragile articles will with clealidentification, and protected by wooden cases or wooden box.
(2) Loading containers with professional workers, heavy & stable items always below of light goods,make sure no shake, not leaning etc.
(3) We'll advice the suitable marine insurance, for ClF customers, we'll buy all risk insurance to protect your rights.
